  I don't usually give out 5 star reviews, 4 max. We just completed our 10th move interstate, this one from Sydney to Brisbane and our first with Kyle Bay Removals. To say they have been the best is an understatement. The pre-packers arrived 10min early (7:20am) with 3 packers for a 5 bedroom 4 bathroom house with everything packed and ready for the uplifters by 5pm. The uplift crew the next day arrived 40mins early (6:20am)and had the house packed into 2 x 20ft shipping containers by 1pm. The entire Kyle Bay team has been professional, friendly, and great to work with. This team are hands down the best removal company we have dealt with and will be the first to be recommended in the future.

  We had the occasion to use Kyle Bay Removals during a move from Campbelltown area to Shellharbour. They sent a rep' who walked through our house and took note of all items to be moved and came up with a very acceptable quote.
  Any questions we had were answered promptly and professionally.
  My husband and I packed the smaller items into boxes supplied and when the time came the truck arrived along with three fellows who worked non stop to store our house into a container. The were very polite and knew exactly what they were doing.
  In two weeks they went through the process in reverse. Getting large items into the house seemed to be no problem - they had an answer for everything.
  There was no damage to either of the houses and not one item was broken or damaged.
  We can't thank them enough for making a very stressful time in our lives easier to deal with.

  Moved locally within Sydney. Packers arrived on the first day and were thorough and efficient and very helpful. Removals team arrived the second day and were fantastic. Quick, efficient, helpful, and very amenable to changing directions on where furniture was getting placed etc.

  Used Kyle Bay Removals & Storage 3 yrs ago, on agreeing with the quote to move our furniture from Rockdale NSW to Smithfield QLD I asked about insurance cover, filled in the relevant forms & faxed through to Kyle Bay & happy to pay the insurance cover fee. However when our items were removed from the truck in QLD our large plasma TV was damaged [a complete rite-off cracked screen] & damaged old Balinese coffee table. On contacting Kyle Bay to explain they hadn't sent through or charged my C/card for the insurance cover before the move & they suggested i can now pay for the insurance cover & then try to claim.
  I would have thought Insurance cover would be sorted out before items being picked up. Not professional in my opinion & felt they deliberately avoided the insurance charge to avoid liability.
