ordered a pergola 5 weeks ago, we were promised installation before xmas and now it is pushed back til 10 January for delivery. unhappy

Terrible. Ordered one complete panel set of cgi mini orb fence, on 2 feb 2017. Told it would take 2weeks to arrive as it had to be made, which was fine. Recieved a msg indicating it had arrived only missing parts. Had another week to wait and then only after following it up myself was told it had arrived, but couldnt find it in their stock yard. Collected it and then realised missing parts still. Told had to wait another few days and will be contacted. Again chasing it up myself told it has arrived as of 13 of march! About 6 weeks to order one fence panel!
